Failure Analysis:

2 ports, cables, and connection failure
If the port can not LINK EPON access equipment on, check the connection cables are correct, the peer connection is normal;
As the system starts, but Console port does not work, make sure the Console port is configured as 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity check bits, 1 stop bit, no flow control.
